For long-term care services to be covered by Medicaid, the applicant must be medically and financially eligible. Guardian Homes accepts all waivers including CADI, BI, CAC, DD, and the Elderly Waiver. Through waivers, Medicaid can pay for services and supports to enable people to live safely and independently. We also accept health plans including Medica, UCare, Health Partners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medical Assistance, and many more.
